Rental Terms
Is there a minimum rental commitment?
Yes. We currently require a 3-month minimum rental commitment for all furniture packages.
Are there any early termination fees?
We do not charge hidden cancellation or termination fees once the 3-month minimum commitment has been completed.
What happens after the minimum term?
Your rental simply continues month-to-month unless you choose to schedule pickup.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our goal is flexibility. After the minimum commitment period, there are no long-term obligations.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely. Many clients extend month-to-month depending on their housing needs.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. We handle delivery, setup, placement, and basic staging so your space feels move-in ready from day one.
How quickly can delivery be scheduled?
Most deliveries are completed within 5 business days. However, delivery timelines may extend during busy periods such as summer
relocation season. We'll provide an estimated delivery date before your order is finalized.
Do you charge pickup fees?
No. Pickup is included. We do not charge separate pickup or removal fees at the end of your rental.
Will you assemble furniture?
Yes. Furniture assembly and placement are included with delivery.
Can you move existing furniture?
At this time, we primarily focus on furnishing and setup of our own inventory, but accommodations may be possible for select projects.
Pricing & Fees
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. The monthly price shown is the monthly rental amount, plus a one-time $199 delivery & setup fee.
Is the $199 setup fee refundable?
No. The setup fee covers delivery, installation, staging, and eventual pickup logistics.
Are utilities included?
No. Furniture rental pricing does not include utilities, internet, or housing costs.
Do you require a security deposit?
Most standard furniture rental packages do not require a security deposit. For larger custom orders, corporate placements, or unique project scopes, additional terms may apply and will always be clearly disclosed upfront.

Is the furniture new?
Our inventory includes professionally selected new and like-new furniture pieces chosen for comfort, style, and durability. For added peace of mind, all mattresses are brand new in Flex Living, Comfort Living, and Family Move-In packages. Comfort Living and Family Move-In packages also include brand-new sofas, offering a fresh, premium living experience from day one.
How is the furniture cleaned between rentals?
All furniture is professionally cleaned, inspected, and refreshed between clients to maintain quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. We can often tailor furniture selections, decor, and layouts based on your space and preferences.
Are mattresses included?
Yes. Bedroom packages include mattresses and essential bedroom furnishings.
Do packages include decor?
Yes. Most packages include professionally styled decor elements to create a warm, welcoming space.
What if something gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Significant damage beyond ordinary use may result in repair or replacement charges.
Are all packages always available?
Inventory availability may vary depending on timing and demand, but we work closely with clients to provide comparable styling and furnishing solutions whenever possible.
Home Staging
Do you offer home staging services?
Yes. We offer professional home staging for vacant or partially furnished properties.
How much does home staging cost?
Home staging projects are customized based on home size, furniture needs, and installation scope. Most staging projects begin around $999/month plus staging and installation costs.
Do you work with real estate agents?
Absolutely. We welcome partnerships with real estate agents, homeowners, and property investors.
How long does staging installation take?
Most staging installations can be completed within a few days once furniture selections and scheduling are finalized.
Can staging furniture be purchased?
In some cases, yes. Certain furniture or decor pieces may be available for purchase depending on inventory availability.
